Краснота Spotlight - не показатель. Это лишь вопрос егойных порогов.

Извините что может быть не совсем в тему, но, насколько я понимаю, нужно оптимизировать то, что занимает больше всего рабочего времени - т.е. CPU time (1043 sec - 50%).
По-моему, больше всего CPU загружают вот эти три запроса (60% от CPU Time и соотв. 30% от общего времени работы)

Огромная просьба указать на ошибки и неточности в проведенном анализе.

Первоe что бросается в глаза - версия 10.1.0.2 + cursor_sharing (были веские причины для установки этого ? почитайти кол-во багов с ним связанных).

Может поэтому тот самый "юзер" ... "жаловался" :)
А так средняя температура в норме.
